| Compressional and tensional continental margins are located in east and west ends of Pacific Ocean. Geological characteristics at their locations show continuous or pulsive westward slipping of lithosphere with respect to convection cell. The slipping mechanism can be explained with the different revolving moment of momentum of different revolving layers. |
