| Conducting regular surveys and assessments of the level of mineral resources development and utilization helps to timely ascertain the actual status of resource utilization and constitutes a key measure for strictly safeguarding the bottom line of resource security and advancing green and low-carbon development. Focusing?on the survey and evaluation of geothermal exploitation and utilization level in Tianjin, this paper examines geothermal energy utilization rate and geothermal fluid utilization rate and the evaluation status of geothermal resource exploitation and utilization level, followed by an in-depth analysis of?the influencing factors, and then puts forward optimization suggestions. The research results indicate that: ① In Tianjin, the average geothermal fluid utilization rate is 94.06 % for porous geothermal mines and 98.94 % for karst fissure geothermal mines, while the average geothermal energy utilization rate across all geothermal mines reaches 74.96 %. ② The average geothermal resources exploitation and utilization level of geothermal mines in Tianjin is 72.53 points, with Wuqing District and Binhai New Area maintaining a leading position. ③ This level is jointly affected by resource endowment, policy management, and enterprise development practices: porous geothermal mines exhibit a relatively higher geothermal fluid recharge level, whereas karst fissure geothermal mines show a higher geothermal energy utilization level. In contrast, some enterprises have attained a leading position by adopting cascade utilization and efficient geothermal fluid recharge technologies. The optimization suggestions include: ① For mines with backward geothermal resources exploitation and utilization level, improve the "Three Rates" by adopting cascade utilization technology, accurately identifying geothermal reservoirs of recharge wells, using large-diameter gravel-packed well completion, perforated well completion and artificial reservoir reconstruction. ② Improve the evaluation index system, incorporate the degree of development and utilization into the geothermal resources exploitation and utilization level evaluation index system, optimize the characteristic index system, improve the fixed proportion grading method, and establish a special index system for non-heating mines. |
