本文基于野外地质调查，结合室内样品测试工作，从长山子赤铁矿矿区地质构造、矿床相关的岩石学、矿物学等手段入手，深入研究该矿的矿床地质特征、成因和找矿标志。研究结果表明，长山子赤铁矿赋存于中元古界榆树砬子岩组一段岩层中，由下→上，可分为2个矿带、5层矿体；矿石自然类型为变质赤铁石英砾岩、变质赤铁石英砂砾岩、变质赤铁石英砂岩；矿石组构为变余砾状、砂砾状、砂状变晶结构，块状构造；该矿床属于近岸三角洲浊积变质粗碎屑岩型贫赤铁矿床；榆树砬子组一段为赤铁矿找矿的重要标志。

英文摘要:

This paper is based on field geological survey, Lab tests, geological structure, petrology and mineralogy to deepen study on geological characteristics, genesis and prospecting marks of Changshanzi hematite deposit. The deposit occurs in the first member of Middle Proterozoic Yushulazi formation. From bottom to top there are two mineralization zones and ore bodies occur in five levels. The metamorphosed hematite conglomerite ore, metamorphosed hematite-quartz sandy conglomerite and metamorphosed hematite-quartz sandstone are the three natural iron ore types. The iron ore is of blastopsephitic, sandy psephitic, sandy blast texture and massive structure. The deposit is a metamorphosed near shore Delta turbid sedimentary coarse classic rock type poor hematite deposit. The First member of Yushulazi formation is key prospecting mark.
