      内蒙古劳根坝铜锌锡多金属矿原矿的铜品位w(Cu)=0.96%,锌品位w(Zn)=1.80%,锡品位w(Sn)=0.502%,磁性铁w(mFe)=7.56%。根据原矿金属矿物嵌布粒度细、结构复杂的特点,采用铜锌依次优先浮选-粗精矿再磨-磁选-重选的工艺流程,经过实验室流程试验后获得的结果:铜精矿w(Cu)=23.99%(回收率77.79%),w(Ag)=698×10-6(回收率40.67%);锌精矿w(Zn)=35.08%(回收率78.23%);铁精矿w(TFe)=63.88%(回收率27.58%);锡精矿w(Sn)=61.78%(回收率55.60%)。

      The raw ore of Laogenba Cu-Zn-Sn polymetallic deposit is analyzed with w(Cu)=0.96%, w(Zn)=1.80%, w(Sn)=0.502% and w(mFe)=7.56%. The raw ore is characterized by fine grain size of metal minerals and complicate structure. The Beneficiation process of preferential zinc mineral floatation-coarse concentrate regrinding-magnetic seperation-gravity seperation process is adopted. The Lab result is the concentrate:w(Cu)=23.99%, recovery 77.79%, w(Ag)=698×10-6, recovery 40.67%, w(Zn)=35.08%, recovery 78.23%, w(TFe)=63.88%, recovery 27.58% and w(Sn)=61.78%, recovery 55.60%.
